    I know the words matter more (and they do). But it’s a cool image of a tomato.

    In 1893, the US Supreme Court showed similar wisdom by ruling that a tomato is effectively a vegetable when deciding which tariff should apply to imported tomatoes. A botanical fruit that is used as a veggie should be taxed as a veggie. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nix_v._Hedden for amusing details.
