For the past year or so, my blogs have been posted (mostly) every two weeks on a Wednesday. In the past few months, Wednesdays have been booked, and I realised that it’s not the best day either for me to upload a blog or for most people to read it. So I’ve decided to move my posting day to Saturdays. The weekends are usually when I personally have time to read blogs or catch up on YouTube channels that I follow, so I can imagine that others have the same time priorities through the week of work, commitments or activities, and have more time on weekends.
So from now on, look for my posts on the weekends! In the meantime, I’ll leave you with this fun wink to my last post:

The optimum time to publish is 4 pm Eastern on Friday. How do I know? Well, I moderate forums as a hobby, and used to work in marketing. Currently I am moderating 25 forums with a combined total of 110,000 members. I can see view counts, of course, and I am ever curious about why people do what they do. The second best time is probably 5 AM (Eastern) Saturday morning so that people who sip coffee and try to catch up with blogs and forums see it on top of the email pile.
I love what you do and I read it no matter when it comes out. 🙂
Thank you for the tip! I live in Switzerland, so I’ll have to figure out when the best time for US readers and European readers would be… I usually upload at 10 am my time, which would put it at 4 a.m. Saturday EST…
